Who We Are
Our names are Scot and Laura. We're a Mum 'n Dad in Steinbach, MB.
Like most parents these days, we're just trying to make ends meet, while still having time to spend with our kids and each other.
Sharing a small business allows us to do just that! And, as an added bonus, we get to help others do the same.
When you hire us to clean your home, you free up time during your week to enjoy your down time, get outside with the kids, and feel at peace knowing the house has been regularly cleaned!
And, we've intentionally kept our rates as low as possible, so young families (just like us) and all those on a budget, are able to actually afford it.
FAQs
Q: How long will it take you to clean my home?
A: That depends on your home, and what you would like included in your clean. We offer free quotes, where we will come personally to your home, discuss your clean with you, and give you our best estimate. We are generally within 30 minutes of our estimates.
Using a very rough scale: A full, regular clean (as described above) of our smallest home takes us 1.5 hours. Our largest home takes us 4 hours. Most homes are 2 - 2.5 hours.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my home to be cleaned?
A: Not much! We bring all our own supplies, and will happily come in and "do our thing". Most people will do a quick tidy of the floors and counter tops before we arrive, to cut down on how long it takes us to get the job done. (No sweeping or wiping, just picking things up off the floor, putting food away, etc.) But, if tidying is something you'd like to add to your clean, that is absolutely something we can do for you!
Q: I have dogs. Is that an issue?
A: Due to some unfortunate past incidents, we do ask that all dogs are safely restrained in a secure location for the duration of our clean. We are sure they're very friendly with you and your friends and family! However, when strangers come into their home and start moving everything and turning on a loud vacuum, it can trigger very different behaviour. We thank you for your understanding!
Q: Can I be at home while you clean? Or should I go out of the house?
A: We don't mind at all if you're home while we clean. It's your home, after all! Come and go as you like.
Q: What if I'm unhappy with my clean?
A: Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you're unhappy with any part of your clean, please let us know. We won't be offended at all, and we will be happy to make the necessary changes in order to ensure you're totally happy with your next clean.
